Having been trying to source a Ford Ranger for nearly 5 months I was starting to become very despondent. Just by luck I came across Shepshed Ford, and who happened to have a nice looking Ranger in stock. A visit to the showroom proved to be highly worthwhile, with the vehicle being perfect for my requirements. Closer inspection of the interior revealed a small tear on the side of the drivers seat (a very common occurance), but it was extremely refreshing to see the sales staff offer to fix the issue without hesitation. Having visited many dealers in the search for a suitable truck, it was great to finally experience some good, honest service.
What a refreshing change to deal with a dealership, which is run by humans, with personalities & who better yet understand Customer Service! Will gladly do the extra miles to go to this dealership again. Thank you.
